Haitian Cold Chamber DCM
Leader in injection moulding technology for almost 50 years, Haitian has established itself for some years as a high added value player in the field of cold chamber die casting machines. Haitian Die Casting, founded in 2016, is the division specialized in light alloy die casting machines and today has a production capacity of about 4,000 machines per year. Haitian DCMs, with clamping force from 180 to 8800 tons, are all toggled and with high technological content, including real-time control in double closed loop. From half 2025, new die casting machines for moulding magnesium alloys will also be available, equipped with an innovative injection system based on loading the metal using a hopper connected directly to the mould, thus avoiding contact between molten magnesium and air.
DCM from 180t to 850t
Even in the smallest DCMs, Haitian has included many high-quality build details. Haitian die casting machines are equipped with an advanced injection system, simple and complete HMI software and safe and functional protections. The locking unit with 3 oversized plates guarantees extreme solidity and quick access to wear parts and hydraulic components. The tie bars are made with an increased diameter of special steel alloy developed by the Haitian Material Research Institute, the lock shafts in nitrided 38CrMoAl. Through Haitian’s unique closing motion software, the five-point mechanical structure is optimized, and an advanced slope control mode is adopted to perfectly match the pressure output curve, mould closing cylinder motion curve, and clamping unit motion curve.
The real-time double-loop injection system is optional: it controls and self-regulates the injection parameters thanks to the use of modern servo-valves and software capable of managing speed and pressure profiles separately.
