Dual closed-loop control of pressure and speed is achieved through fast meter-in servo valve + fast meter-out servo valve + intensification meter-out servo valve

Semi closed-loop Injection System (optional)

DCMs can be equipped with electric control valve + injection curve to realize the automatic adjustment of 1st  phase, fast shot and intensification speed, all automatically optimized; pressure, speed, position and other curves, and record the injection data are displayed shot by shot.

Customized 2nd phase valve

A fast response valve has been specially developed for managing the fast shot acceleration; then the die casting machine has faster, more stable and more durable injection speed.

Injection Support

The thickened enterprise board and the thick pull rod ensure the coaxial degree of injection alignment for a long time.

Two-in-One independent electric box

The main control electric box and servo electric box are combined into one, realizing the integral hoisting. They are separated from the frame to avoid vibration interference.

Extended guide of moving plate

The extended guide of sleeve structure  ensures  smooth and reliable movement of moving plate.

High performance lock shaft

The lock shafts are made of 38CrMoAl, nitrided, with an enlarged diameter, high toughness and hardness and long service life.

Structure of moving plate

The structure of the moving plate with the rear rib effectively reduces the deformation of the moving plate. The central extraction system is fixed on the rib solving the problems of oscillation of the extraction cylinders, uneven extraction force, ejector pins and cylinder piston rod breakage.

 

Smart mold adjustment

The clamping unit is equipped with an automatic mould height adjustment function. The hydraulic adjustment motor is equipped with a self-locking function that effectively solves the problem of reducing the clamping force caused by the retraction of the mold closing mechanism and ensur es the stability of the process.

Mould closing optimization

Through Haitian’s unique closing motion software, the five-point mechanical structure is optimized, and an advanced slope control mode is adopted to perfectly match the pressure output curve, mold locking cylinder motion curve, and clamping unit motion curve.

This also means that during the opening of the mold the moving table can stop in any position with high precision and repeatability, effectively shortening the production cycle.

Adjustment nut

The adjustment nut is made in aluminum with broze thread to ensure higher mechanical properties, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, cold resistance, heat resistance and no ferromagnetism; it has good antifriction, good elongation and long service life.

Automatic accumulator pressure relief

DCMs are equipped with quick/boost unloading valve on both the accumulators.

Energy saving servo system

Haitian’s high-performance servo system with oil cooling enables maximum energy savings.

Extra-thick three platens

Extra-thick three platens have high strength, good wear resistance and minimal deformation.

Special material tie bar

The tie bars are made of special alloy developed by the Haitian Materials Research Institute. They are made of high-strength alloy steel, quenched and tempered, with thick hard chrome plating, ground, with rolled threads and with well-sized bronze guide bushes that have the function of adequately supporting the table in its translation movement.

High strength base frame

The frame is constructed of high-strength I-beam structure. The center line of the sliding foot of the formwork and the center line of the upper and lower tie bars are on the same plane with the I-beam support bar. After annealing treatment, the anti-twisting ability and rigidity of the frame are greatly enhanced, which ensures the overall accuracy of the machine for a long time.
