High Speed Data Acquisition

The FT2/L™ is an engineered High Speed Data Acquisition System for gathering high speed process data from the shot-end of a die casting machine.  The shot end of the machine must be fitted with the appropriate sensors for measuring position/velocity of the shot cylinder and pressures in the hydraulic system. Various other types of analog sensors can be connected and monitored by FT2/L™

Process Monitoring

The True-Trak 20/20 Computer Monitoring System is a dedicated system for complete process monitoring and display of shot traces and archiving of shot data right at the machine.

Die Casting Shot Control

Sure-Trak2 system gives programmable, real time, closed loop, shot control and
intensification pressure control. It can improve the capability of the DCM for market demands
(thin wall, high integrity, large projected area, longer die life, etc.)
