Portable thermal imaging cameras for foundry
The handheld thermal imaging cameras are specially designed for temperature measurement in polluted and high-temperature environments such as foundries.
Advanced thermal imaging and heat map detection, allowing the user to identify temperature variations and monitor heat patterns efficiently. The thermal sensor captures a broad range of temperatures with high precision, making it ideal for foundry applications.
It has a pistol-grip design with 3,5” touch display @ resolution 640×480 Px.
The infrared sensor is an uncooled microbolometer with a 7.5–14 µm spectral range, allowing it to detect temperatures ranging between -20°C to 650°C. The thermal module has an 1280×960 Super IR resolution and an effective thermal sensitivity of <35mK.
Detects temperature changes and measures in real time for the central, hot and cold spot respectively. 10 spots, one line, 5 rectangles and 5 circles are user-definable. 7 colour palettes are available for the display, as well as 4 image modes: thermal, optical, fusion and PIP.
Each recording can be annotated, either by a voice memo of up to 60 seconds or a text memo of max. 200 characters.
The unit supports live view, snapshots, etc. The 64 GB SD card memory holds approx. 35,000 images or 54 hours of MP4 video.
Thanks to the 2 exchangeable Li-Ion batteries supplied, the camera can be used for approx. 12 hours, and the double charging station ensures that ensures that the batteries are fully charged for the next day.
All models are equipped with an LED light and a laser pointer.
Easily share images and videos via Wi-Fi and the Viewer app, analyse images, create real-time reports on site.
The camera can be mounted on a tripod using the standard thread.
