Cooling of Hot Spots

The cooling of the pins and in general of the hot spots is one of the most important challenges in die casting process. The solution proposed by Regloplas is the Jet Pulse system, localized and efficient conditioning of the areas that need additional heat removal compared to traditional temperature control. The result is a flexible system, more reliable control and shorter cycle times. The system is scalable up to 6 distributors each with 8 channels: Jet Pulse can therefore provide up to 48 connections for localized cooling of the hottest spots (cores). It also includes automatic monitoring of core breakage.
