Automatic zamak ngot loader

The system is easy to manage thanks to a Siemens PLC with an intuitive touchscreen HMI interface for the operator with the possibility of operating both in automatic and manual mode. CAPTOR-Z is easy to install and has a small footprint and can therefore adapt to the different needs of zamak hot chamber die-casting customers.

The system is automatic and, thanks to a considerable load autonomy (possibility of managing up to 22 zamak ingots), greatly reduces the need for a constant presence of the personnel responsible for managing the ovens.
